Simply the Best
A recent survey of drivers by Overdrive magazine has TA and Petro earning top honors in dozens of categories. We have made a strong effort to improve and meet your needs in many areas in the past few years. It’s intensely gratifying to hear you say that we are succeeding.
We have expanded the reach of RoadSquad with RoadSquad Connect and emphasized service technician training, and you trust us with your truck, singling out RoadSquad as the best in roadside assistance, our truck service centers as the most complete shops on the highway and the people who staff them as the most competent technicians.
We heard your requests for help in eating well and exercising on the road, creating the StayFit program. You embraced the healthier meals, used the fitness rooms and walking trails, and declared that TA and Petro locations have the best fitness facilities and offer the healthiest menu.
We have invested in upgrading our showers and restrooms, and made cleanliness a priority. You noticed, giving us the thumbs up for cleanest showers, best shower amenities and cleanest restrooms.
We put a premium on customer service, so we are happy to hear that you enjoy your time with us. Your votes say that we have the best employees and that our employees understand truckers. You think our waitstaff offers the friendliest restaurant service and our truck service centers have the friendliest write-up staff.
And you said, overwhelmingly, that TA and Petro offer the best truckstop experience. That is the highest compliment you can give us, because that is our constant goal. The survey results confirm the feedback I hear from drivers. That positive feedback is a wonderful reward, but it also sets a standard for us. We look at our successes and work to make them even better. We also listen to criticism and find ways to address it.
So thank you for the vote of confidence. We’re thrilled to see that so many drivers are pleased with what they find at TA and Petro. We’ll never stop working to improve our offering and your life on the road.

Band Together Success
Thanks to the generosity of customers across the country, TA and Petro made its largest-ever donation — $278,207.09 — to St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund (SCF) this year. SCF is a nonprofit organization that benefits truck drivers suffering financial hardship due to medical problems. Customers who donated $1 to help their fellow drivers in need received a commemorative wristband. For the first year in Band Together for SCF’s three-year history, wristbands sold out.
