As a trucker’s wife I can tell you how hard it has been for my husband to try and stay fit while on the road. He has type 2 diabetes stacked against him and the government is cracking down more and more on the restrictions that can stop a driver from being able to keep his job as a driver. My husband keeps a shake weight on the truck for some upper body exercise and he parks as far to the end of a lot as he can so he has to walk to and from truck stops as well as taking at least a 20 min walk when he has time when he stops for the night. Thank you very much to TA-Petro and any other trucker friendly places that are implementing healthy options for these guys and gals that are busy on the road all the time. It is much appreciated!!

Exercise is needful for every truck driver but we hardly have the time to exercise especially those of us in AFRICA who cares whether you have issues of health,all they are after here is their money.if you die,they employ another because truck driver are so cheap and of no value in africa(west to be precise).
