Its really hard I think to try teams. But wih the company I am going to be driving or I will probably go solo for the first year and then see what is available in the way of people whom may want to drive as a team. But there again I will have to see what will be at that time. But again I think the article is very well and well written and the understanding of working as a team is also very important.
