The remote cb micrphone,does it really work? Years ago there was simalar product that didn’t work in fact it was a waste of money and hada very long cord that got tangledup all over everything and made the cab of my truck a tripping hazard.

This was truly great all of the information provided. I myself am getting back into trucking after a 4 year time off. and all of this is so very vital to me. I see a lot of things have change and for the better to keep the freight moving and the driver informaed and the highways safe. I will be quite surprised to see what equippment I will encounter when they set me loose in my own vehicle. But after seeing this and reading all the information I will keep myself a breast of what i have and make adjustments accordingly. I myslef want to be safe and as informed as possible. I have already invested in a Rand McNally TND 510, and i will look into the NAVTEQ Traffic system as well. I will have to see the type oc CB that the tractor will have inside. but now that I am being informed of what are the best equippment to have I will keep myself well tooled and informed. Again I want to thank you for all of the information and I hope you keep up the great work for us drivers. Again I appreciate your time and expertise. James
