TA began the largest infrastructure investment in its history last year with the launch of Operation Refresh. While the improvements are to the physical buildings and parking lots, the focus of our effort is on you, our customer.
We know you work hard and spend a significant amount of time away from home. We want to make your life on the road more pleasant when you pull into our locations. And, we realize that you have choices when you pull off the Interstate. We are working hard to be your first choice.
You’ve likely seen Operation Refresh underway at the locations you visit. We are working hard to complete the work as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you while we work to improve your surroundings. Hundreds of projects will be completed this year at our locations to provide you with a new, more comfortable environment that you’ll enjoy for a long time to come.
I want you to expect the best when you come to TA. And that doesn’t just apply to the physical surroundings. We are also working to improve the service we deliver at every location. Our people work very hard to make you feel at home while you’re in our locations. We’ve challenged them to try even harder, to be even more helpful and to make you want to come back again and again.
